Part 5: The Beginning of the End
by Amazing inpart 5: the beginning of the end .
note: from this point forward begins not only my final journey out of the jws, but even more bizarre and twisted turns in the road.
i hope you all find this interesting, because to me it only gets more intriguing and weird for the 3 12 years following january 1992... moment of decision: i can point back to the mountain top visit with god, or maybe today i might call it a visit with my higher power, whomever she/he/it might be.

Mickey Mouse & Santa Claus & JWs
by ARoarer inok everyone, i have had this on my mind since i decided to celebrate christmas this year for the first time since i became a jw at 19. i stopped because i was taught it was "pagan" and "idolatrous", and now on thinking clearly and with no jw's clouding my thoughts at meetings, i have reasoned personally, yes, jws will say that christmas is pagan and santa claus is a pagan lie to children.
and christmas is so commercialized and materialism is at it's finest.
yet when i think critically with powers of reasoning i see that though jws don't celebrate christmas, they love to go to disney world.

Loosing Two Dimensions?
by D wiltshire ineinstien's theory of time and space, made from the observation that the speed of light is a constant (in a vacuum) no matter what speed we,.. the measurer is traveling,.. either away from, or towards the light source.. as he says time not a constant,.. and length in the direction in which one is moving is not a constant.. only the speed of light is a constant.
(all true laws of physics are absolute.
)the speed of light is an absolute.. so from this he concluded that space and time our relative but the speed of light is absolute.. here's a question for all you physic buffs:.

Another corporate breakup
by jukief infrom the onion:.
judge orders god to break up into smaller deities.
washington, dc--calling the theological giant's stranglehold on the religion industry "blatantly anti-competitive," a u.s. district judge ruled monday that god is in violation of anti-monopoly laws and ordered him to be broken up into several less powerful deities.. "the evidence introduced in this trial has convinced me that the deity known as god has willfully and actively thwarted competition from other deities and demigods, promoting his worship with such unfair scare tactics as threatening non-believers with eternal damnation," wrote district judge charles elliot schofield in his decision.
